Helen, LLB (Hons), qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined Ferris & Co in 2022. She specialises in property law, wills, and estate administration and holds a Certificate in Commercial Conveyancing alongside qualifications in leadership and counselling.
About
Helen graduated from Queens University, Belfast in 1995 with a LLB Honours in Law. She went on to qualify as a Solicitor in 1997 from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Belfast.
Helen joined Ferris and Co., in November 2022, having previously worked at other Banbridge and Portadown based firms. Helen specialises in all types of property transactions and private client matters, and has a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing, commercial property and leases, asset sales, Wills, administration of estates and powers of attorney. She also holds a Certificate in Commercial Conveyancing, an ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management and a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling.
